Vanadzor-Bagratashen Road Section Closed to One-Way Traffic

The Rescue Service informs that the roads in the Republic of Armenia are passable.

Since June 1, due to reconstruction works, there are traffic restrictions on the Alaverdi-Sanahin-Sarahart road section.

At the 53rd km of the M-6 interstate highway, a collapse of the road retaining wall (approximately 150 sq. m) has occurred, resulting in the section being closed to one-way traffic. Traffic will be routed through the city of Alaverdi.

Regarding Lars: According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia's Emergency Situations Department and the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations' North Ossetia Crisis Management Center, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.
