She was requested to provide clarifications regarding Emmanuel Macron's statements made during a meeting with representatives of the Armenian community in France. The ambassador responded that she has no information regarding this matter.

The Azerbaijani side expects that official Paris will either confirm or deny the remarks attributed to Emmanuel Macron.

It is noteworthy that the day before, the public relations office of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) released a statement indicating that Macron, during a meeting with representatives of the Armenian community in Marseille, claimed he has exerted more pressure on Aliyev than Pashinyan.
