Author of 'Made in Azerbaijan, Long Live the Turk, the Russian' Post from Stepanakert Shops Arrested
On June 28 of this year, a post appeared on one of the social media platforms stating, 'In Stepanakert shops, “made in Azerbaijan,” long live the Turk, the Russian, and their (non)integrating council. Lick stomach microbes and be silent.'
Following complex operational and investigative measures regarding the mentioned post, it was determined that the account that published the post belonged to G.P., a 1978-born resident of Stepanakert, and it was revealed through initiated criminal proceedings that the circumstances resulting from his post do not correspond to reality.
On the same day, the National Security Service of the Republic of Artsakh initiated a criminal case based on the features of Article 321.4 and the first part of Article 236, part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Artsakh. G.P. has been arrested.
Notice: A person accused of a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty in accordance with the procedures established by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Artsakh with a legally binding verdict of the court.
