This is all you need to know about the effectiveness of the negotiations. Azerbaijan does not want a normal peace; they disregard all kinds of negotiations, calls, and court decisions. As long as Aliyev and his regime are not subjected to any punishment or accountability for this behavior, the consequences will be painful for us.'
