Ukraine's Victory is New Strength for the South Caucasus: Zelensky

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky delivered a speech in the Supreme Rada on Constitution Day, as reported by 24tv.ua. He emphasized that Ukraine's victory entails the expulsion of all Russian troops, mercenaries, and militants from the entire territory of the country, the return of all captives and displaced persons, and the restoration of sovereignty within internationally recognized borders.

"Ukraine chooses alliances for itself and its future. Clearly in the European Union, clearly in NATO... Ukraine will never agree to any version of a frozen conflict," Zelensky stated. According to him, Ukraine will assist all other peoples of the world with its formula for peace.

"Ukraine's victory is a guarantee of security and territorial integrity restoration for Moldova, Georgia, a new strength for the South Caucasus, will and peace for Belarus, energy for the Baltic-Black Sea axis, security guarantees and protection from manipulation for all of Central Asia, and a chance for the Middle East, a guarantee that African countries will stop being plundered by the Russians," Zelensky added.
