Police Use Brutal Force Against Russian Citizen, Lawyer Claims

Lawyer Varazdat Harutyunyan has shared photos on his page along with a caption stating: “On International Day in Support of Victims of Torture, we summarize yet another case of ill-treatment. The police used brutal force and applied 'tight' handcuffs against a Russian female driver who was unjustifiably stopped under the pretext of not wearing a seatbelt. We are located in the 'notorious' Kentron police division. We have called the Office of the Human Rights Defender. An ambulance has been summoned.”
