VIDEO: 'You are the gangster, you fool, shut up.' Tense situation in the National Assembly

In the National Assembly hall, government and opposition MPs began to argue and insult each other. Ruben Rubinyan urged them to stop the debate; however, the tension escalated during the speech of the head of the CP grouping, Hayk Konjoryan. The head of the 'Armenia' faction, Seyran Ohanyan, was responding from his seat.

“Mr. Ohanyan, have you received an education? Don’t you know that you should not speak in the informal form? If you hear something, be silent, Mr. Minasian, quiet, calm, without additional turmoil,” said Konjoryan.

But instead of delivering his speech, the head of the CP faction responded to Seyran Ohanyan, declaring: “You are the gangster because you called the Speaker of the National Assembly a gangster; you are the gangster. You fool, shut up,” shouted Konjoryan at the yelling Artsvik Minasian and Seyran Ohanyan.
