Red Cross Resumes Patient Transfers from Artsakh to Medical Centers in Armenia
Today, June 25, 15 patients, along with 9 accompanying individuals, were transferred to specialized medical centers in Armenia through the mediation and accompaniment of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) office in Artsakh, following a ten-day complete blockade. Many patients are still waiting for their transfer to Armenia and return to Artsakh.
It is planned that during the day, the ICRC will return 16 patients (including their escorts) to Artsakh who had been referred for treatment in Armenia as part of a state order, as well as transporting urgently needed medications and medical supplies to Artsakh.
