Moscow Declares Upcoming Monday a Non-Working Day
Moscow has declared the upcoming Monday a non-working day. This announcement was made by the Mayor of the Russian capital, Sergey Sobyanin.
He noted that the situation in Moscow is severe. "I ask you to refrain as much as possible from traveling around the city. It is possible that traffic in certain neighborhoods and on specific roads may be blocked. Please report emergencies and incidents to 112 in a timely manner. City services are on high alert," Sobyanin stated.
