Azerbaijani Soldier Sentenced to 20 Years for Killing ZPMC Security Guard

An Azerbaijani serviceman, Huseyn Akhundov, has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for killing a security guard at the ZPMC. This information was reported by a source from the Syunik Regional Court to Armenia Today.

It is important to note that two Azerbaijani soldiers, who were discovered on April 11 and 14 in Armenia, are facing charges under Articles 2 and 3, which do not include charges of murder. According to some reports, one of them fatally shot the ZPMC security guard on April 13, inflicting six gunshot wounds. Reports indicate that he went live on the security guard's phone and claimed to have killed hundreds of Armenians in Armenia.
