Biden's Son May Admit Guilt in Tax Crimes: The Hill

The son of U.S. President Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, is reportedly planning to admit his guilt in tax crimes as part of a deal involving an investigation. This information comes from The Hill, citing court documents.

It is noted that if the judge accepts this deal, the 53-year-old Hunter Biden is likely to avoid prison time.

Additionally, according to the publication, Biden's son has entered into a separate agreement regarding allegations of illegal possession of a firearm.

Meanwhile, the American leader has repeatedly spoken in defense of his son. Specifically, on Tuesday, the White House stated that President Biden and First Lady Jill Biden "love their son and support him."

In 2020, U.S. media reported that David Weiss, a prosecutor appointed by former President Donald Trump, was investigating Hunter Biden's taxes. Prosecutors are examining a range of financial issues, including whether Hunter Biden and his alleged associates violated tax and money laundering laws while doing business with foreign partners, primarily in China. Biden Jr. is also alleged to have given false statements related to purchasing a firearm.
