VIDEO: Bus Carrying Russian Tourists Collides with Truck in Turkey; Driver Dies at the Scene

The Turkish IHA news agency has released footage capturing the moment a bus transporting Russian tourists collided with a parked truck.

The footage shows a white bus moving along the highway, gradually veering to the right side of the road. It crashed into a truck that was parked at the edge of the road, right next to a gas station. The impact occurred on the left side of the bus, where the driver was seated. As a result of the accident, the driver, identified as Nuri Ohudan, was trapped in the cab and died; rescuers managed to extract him from the bus, IHA reports.

There were also 33 Russian tourists on board the bus. Earlier reports indicated that five of them sustained varying degrees of injuries, while the remaining passengers were transported to the airport and flew back to Russia.
