VIDEO: A Drone Explodes in Kursk Region - Details

A drone exploded during an attempted attack on a communications tower in Russia's Kursk region. This was reported by Russian Telegram channels.

According to preliminary data, the drone attempted to strike the communications tower but instead hit it and entered the 'Belpol' administrative building. The fire spread to a neighboring building that houses a warehouse. An area of approximately 1,500 square meters was burned.

The regional branch of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia reported that information about the fire was received on June 16 at 02:29. Several firefighting teams, police, ambulance services, and workers from electrical and gas services responded to the scene.

Reports indicate that there are no casualties, and the damage caused by the fire, as well as the causes of the explosion, are being investigated.
