North Korea Fires Two Ballistic Missiles Towards Japan
North Korea has launched two ballistic missiles towards Japan, RTVI reports, citing Yonhap. The launches occurred around 19:25 and 19:37 local time (14:25-14:37 Yerevan time) from Sunan district in Pyongyang. According to NHK, several officials from the Japanese government suggest that one of the missiles may have fallen into Japan's economic zone. Tokyo has convened a National Security Council meeting and lodged a protest with Pyongyang regarding the launches.
