VIDEO: 6 Exam Takers Disqualified for Using Technical Means

The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia, Zhanna Andreasyan, has announced that six instances of using technical means during examinations have been uncovered, resulting in the disqualification of the exam takers.

“We have a few candidates, which are not a large number, who have made some preliminary attempts to avoid participating in the exam by trying to present medical certificates. All of these are being thoroughly checked. Of course, our children are very resourceful. I do not rule out that they might find ways to use technical means that we will still need to uncover and understand, but I want to emphasize that we are implementing oversight through joint efforts and are trying to be very attentive, and there is a constant need for additional supervision,” she stated.

According to Andreasyan, there is also an issue regarding public conduct, particularly how much forgery is tolerated.
