Drones Crash in Kaluga Region
A drone has crashed in the Zhukovsky area of Russia's Kaluga region, reported the regional leader Vladislav Shapsha, as conveyed by Interfax.
“A drone fell near the village of Strelekovka in the Zhukovsky district. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties,” he wrote on his Telegram channel on Sunday.
He also noted that the windows of two cabins have been shattered. The governor added that special services are working on-site.
The village of Strelekovka is the birthplace of Soviet Marshal Georgy Zhukov, and it houses his home museum. The village is not far from the Moscow region.
Additionally, another object, presumed to be a drone, has been discovered in the forest in the Medininsky area, with no casualties or damage reported.
