A video has surfaced online showing Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan pulling the sleeve of Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko during the latest session of the Council of Heads of Government of CIS countries, and bringing him closer to the Armenian exhibition booth.

It is worth noting that Armenia is participating in the 86th meeting of the Council of Commanders of Border Troops of CIS countries in Baku.
