Short-term Rain Showers Expected: Weather Forecast

In the territory of the Republic of Armenia, on June 8 and 12 during the day, and on the evening of June 9, isolated regions will experience short-term rain and thunderstorms. Significant rain is expected in many areas on June 10-11, with hail possible in some sections. This information is provided by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The wind will be from the east at a speed of 3-5 m/s, with possible gusts up to 15-20 m/s during thunderstorms. The air temperature will gradually rise by 3-5 degrees on June 8-9.

In Yerevan, on June 8 and the night of June 9, dry weather is expected. During thunderstorms, wind gusts of 13-16 m/s are anticipated. On June 10-11, there may be short-term rain and thunderstorms in some areas of the city during the evenings of the 9th and 12th.

The temperature in the capital on the night of June 8 was 13-15 degrees, while daytime temperatures are expected to reach +28 to +30 degrees.
