“The issue of self-defense in Artsakh has fallen on our compatriots living in Artsakh,” Tigran Abrahamyan

Secretary of the NA "I Have Honor" faction Tigran Abrahamyan made a Facebook post:

“In the last three days, the Azerbaijani propaganda machinery has once again intensified, manifesting itself in two directions: First, by provoking violations of the ceasefire towards Artsakh and Armenia, they are trying to shift the responsibility for the situation onto the Armenian armed forces. Secondly, for several days now, footage has been published from a military training ground adjacent to the village of Ivanyan (formerly Khojalu) in Azerbaijan, showing Armenian small units conducting fire preparation.

In the context of Azerbaijan's daily military threats, the flight of the Armenian authorities, and the silence of the international community, the issue of self-defense in Artsakh has fallen on our compatriots living there. Engineering and fortification works, combat readiness, and other actions stemming from the situation have one goal: SELF-DEFENSE, which is especially logical in the context of the threats emanating from Azerbaijan.

The Armenian authorities not only do not make efforts in international negotiations to prevent Azerbaijan's possible aggression and to achieve the unblocking of Artsakh, but also take positions that only create a favorable situation for the criminal silence of international actors and Azerbaijan's impudence.”
