VIDEO: We Must Do Everything to Prevent Russia's Adversaries from Interfering in the Country's Situation - Putin

The Russian authorities must not allow violations of internal political security in the country, considering the increased efforts of adversaries. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a meeting with permanent members of the Security Council, as reported by TASS.

The head of state suggested discussing 'the provision of Russia's security, in this case, internal political security,' taking into account the efforts that adversaries are exerting and intensifying 'to escalate the situation in the Russian Federation.'

'And we must do everything to ensure that they do not succeed under any circumstances,' said Putin.

He emphasized that interethnic relations are extremely important for Russia, reminding that 190 ethnic groups live in the country.
