VIDEO: Naked 'Tarzan' Runs Across Balconies in Russia

The police and emergency services detained a resident of Lipetsk who was running across balconies from the fifth floor, reports the SHOT telegram channel.

The incident occurred the day before yesterday in one of the buildings on Victory Avenue. The naked 'Tarzan' slid off the balcony railing and descended to the fourth floor.

There, the residents of the apartment attacked the man with wooden objects as he attempted to break a window.

After his arrest, he was handed over to medical professionals. The motives behind such unusual behavior are under investigation.
