VIDEO: Armenian-Azerbaijani Talks Taking Place in Moldova

Currently, Armenian-Azerbaijani negotiations are taking place in Moldova. It is noteworthy that the five-party meeting includes the Prime Minister of Armenia, the President of France, the Chancellor of Germany, the President of the European Council, and the President of Azerbaijan.

The meeting started over an hour later than scheduled due to the official opening ceremony running more than an hour behind.

Initially, the meeting commenced as a trilateral discussion, and in a few minutes, French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz joined.
