Photos have circulated online revealing that Arsen Gaytmazyan is a police captain who was awarded the 'Excellence in Service' medal in 2021. As previously reported, on April 10 of this year, Gaytmazyan, the head of the criminal investigation department of the Dilijan division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, assaulted a minor born in 2006, who works as a waiter in a restaurant-hotel complex.
