Putin Discusses His Sleep Regimen
Russian President Vladimir Putin has revealed details about his sleep regimen, noting that he primarily sleeps about six hours a day. This statement was made during a meeting with families honored with the Parental Glory medal.
“Of course, like all people, I sleep... I sleep, but perhaps a little less. From six to seven hours, mostly six hours. However, today, I slept much less. That's how it turned out,” said the head of state.
Putin added that he does not give up on sports, which helps him in his work.
