I Don't Know If I Bought It With a Discount or Not: Sasun Khachatryan on Acquiring an Apartment

The head of the Anti-Corruption Committee, Sasun Khachatryan, has paid only 10 percent of the total cost for an apartment purchased in Yerevan's 'Burygh' neighborhood. In an interview with NEWS.am, Khachatryan stated, 'I don't know if I bought it with a discount or without a discount. I acquired it based on the value that existed at the time. Moreover, I have not purchased it outright; I have acquired the right to purchase, and to this day, I have paid only 10 percent of the apartment.'

It is worth noting that according to circulating reports in the media, the head of the Anti-Corruption Committee is alleged to have bought the apartment in 'Burygh' at a discount.
