‘Only in that case will concessions be made’. Aliyev threatens again
The borders’ delimitation must be carried out under Azerbaijan's terms, which means justly. A peace agreement must be reached based on international conditions. The road to Nakhchivan must be opened, and Armenian armed formations must leave Nagorno-Karabakh. This was stated by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. The information is reported by Azerbaijani news outlets.
“I am voicing these conditions here in the city of Lachin. Let everyone see that we are here today and will always be here. Let them know that Armenian villages are visible from here. Let them not forget about that,” stated the Azerbaijani aggressive president.
The Azerbaijani president also mentioned the conditions under which he could make concessions to officials of Nagorno-Karabakh. He said that everyone knows they currently have every opportunity to take action in this region (Nagorno-Karabakh).
“For that, the parliament must be dissolved, and whoever calls themselves the president must surrender; all ministers and deputies must be removed from their positions. Only in that case will concessions be made to them,” declared Aliyev.
