China Ready to Strengthen Cooperation with Eurasian Countries: Xi Jinping

China is prepared to strengthen cooperation with countries in the Eurasian continent, announced Chinese President Xi Jinping in a video message to participants of the second Eurasian Economic Forum. This was reported by TASS.

He reminded that new agreements regarding cooperation were reached during his visit to Russia in March with President Vladimir Putin, aimed at linking the "Belt and Road" initiative with the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).

As emphasized by Xi Jinping, China is genuinely interested in deepening and specifying cooperation in this direction.

"China is ready to unite efforts and strengthen cooperation based on new prospects for collaboration in the Eurasian continent," the Chinese leader stated.
