Yerevan City Hall to Gift Apartment to Forsh

The Yerevan City Hall will gift an apartment with ownership rights to songwriter Vahan Gevorgyan, known as Forsh, in the building located at 15 Shinararneri Street, which is considered property of Yerevan.

The proposal to grant the apartment as a gift was presented by the member of the Yerevan City Council from the 'My Step' faction, Nuard Vardanyan. Vardanyan noted that the accomplished musician has been living in rented housing for many years and recalled his meeting with Forsh: 'When I told him that I love you very much, he replied that I have good taste. I believe there is no one in this matter who would not share my taste,' said Nuard Vardanyan.

It should be noted that Forsh was awarded the title of Honored Artist of Armenia in 2011.
