Windows of Turkish Consulate in New York Shattered

An unidentified individual has broken the windows of the building housing the Turkish consulate in New York.

The motives behind the crime are still unknown. This information was reported by Ria.ru, referencing the city's police department.

It is noted that the building also hosts the permanent representation of Turkey at the United Nations.

The assailant reportedly approached the consulate and struck the windows multiple times with a hard object before fleeing the scene in an unknown direction.

A total of 11 windows were shattered, but no injuries were reported.

Authorities are conducting an investigation, and no arrests have been made at this time.
