VIDEO: "The CSTO mission in Armenia will operate when it clearly defines Armenia's territory," says Pashinyan
The CSTO mission in Armenia is not operational for a simple reason: it essentially does not specify what it envisions as Armenia's territory. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made this statement during a press conference today. He considered this fact a fundamental problem.
“When the CSTO clearly defines this, 90 percent of the problems will disappear,” he said.
