VIDEO. Ashot Pashinyan Was Thoroughly Prepared for the Confrontation with Ms. Gayane, Lawyer

Jora Martirosyan's mother, Gayane Hakobyan, is accused of an act that occurred in the car interior, said Ms. Gayane's lawyer Vahan Hovhannisyan in a conversation with journalists.

"The videos regarding the alleged crime that took place in the car interior contain nothing and do not include any information of evidential significance; therefore, the only document and evidence containing such information is Ashot Pashinyan's testimony," said the lawyer.

He noted that during the confrontation between Gayane Hakobyan and Ashot Pashinyan, both insisted on their testimonies. "Moreover, Ashot Pashinyan was thoroughly prepared for this confrontation. He even anticipated and took into account all the questions we would ask," the lawyer said.

Vahan Hovhannisyan provided details about the confrontation: "For example, when the defense team asked whether there were any other traffic lights before reaching 'Yerevan City' in Tserehtele, he declared that he could also answer the next question, stating that although there were traffic lights, it was green, so he could not stop. That's how well-prepared he came for the confrontation."
