Some Subscribers in Artsakh Experienced META Site and App Outage
Currently, META organization’s websites and applications (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp) are not operational in the territory of Artsakh, as reported by Hetq.am last night.
Subscribers using all IP addresses provided by “Karabakh Telecom” LLC do not have the ability to access these services. However, subscribers of “Artsakh Telecom” LLC do not encounter such issues.
“Karabakh Telecom informed us that they cannot provide accurate information on why the social networks are not functioning. They only know it is a technical problem,” the website notes.
