Crimea Expands Its List of Demands Against Ukraine, Says Vladimir Konstantinov

Crimea is expanding its list of demands against Ukraine, with compensation claims for damage caused to the peninsula due to terrorism being added. This information was provided to RIA Novosti by the Chairman of the Crimean Parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov.

It was previously reported that the authorities of the republic are preparing the first lawsuit; the documents confirm the damage inflicted on the budget due to Ukraine's water blockade of the peninsula. Work is ongoing to assess damage from other blockades, including energy and transportation.

“Certainly, the working group continues its activities. We plan to add new demands, primarily to evaluate the damage caused to Crimea as a result of terrorist acts. The criminals in Kyiv are no longer even hiding their participation in these acts. All of this will be evaluated. The time will come, and our demands will be fully presented to them,” Konstantinov stated.
