VIDEO: Erdogan Reveals How He Met 25 Prostitutes in a Hotel

Azerbaijani media outlets are circulating a video recorded in 1989 ahead of Turkey's upcoming elections, in which President Recep Tayyip Erdogan recounts how he met 25 Turkish prostitutes in a hotel during the mayoral elections in Istanbul's Beyoğlu district. These women reportedly met with 25 men daily.

By releasing this video ahead of the elections, the aim seems to be to portray him as a leader who aims to help everyone.

It’s worth noting that Turkey's presidential elections second round will take place on May 28.
