VIDEO: We are Very Concerned About Reports of Drugs Imported to Armenia, Says Kheroyan

The Minister of Economy Vahan Kheroyan responded during a conversation with journalists regarding reports of drugs being imported into Armenia, answering questions about what information he has and what theories exist.

“I don’t yet know a lot. This is not a specialized issue, and I won’t answer this question. I can say that we are very concerned both about the news and the situation with drugs in Armenia,” Kheroyan stated.

It is noteworthy that yesterday, the Italian financial police discovered a record batch of 2.7 tons of cocaine that was destined for Armenia from Ecuador. Today, the National Security Service reported that 1 ton of cocaine was imported into Armenia.
