Four Arrests in Ashot Pashinyan Case, Says Human Rights Defender

Four individuals have been arrested in connection with the Ashot Pashinyan case. This information was provided by human rights defender Ruben Melikyan during a conversation with reporters.

According to him, among the arrested are the mother of Zhora Martirosian, Gayane Martirosian, the father of Mkhitar Galeyan, Garik Galeyan, the father of Zhora Sahakyan, Vahid Sahakyan, and Vigen Azatyan, the father of Arman Azatyan.

“There has been disgraceful use of force; they were brought in a manner that you are already aware of, handcuffed,” Melikyan detailed.

Attorney Vahan Hovhannisyan will undertake the main proceedings. Melikyan stated that Hovhannisyan is currently inside working, and they will join if necessary. He also informed that criminal procedural actions are ongoing, specifically a search.
