VIDEO. Russian Lawmaker Plays Chess During Session

A member of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Georgy Kamnev, was filmed playing chess during a session of the State Duma.

“While the Duma was announcing an agreement (on the limitation of weapons and military technology with European countries), Kamnev directed his efforts across the ocean. He activated a VPN and accessed the American Chess.com, which is blocked in Russia,” reports SHOT.

The lawmaker, playing as “white,” managed to secure a victory.
