In Artsakh, Food Coupons Have Run Out; New Ones Still Not Distributed

The Committee of State Inspections of the Republic of Artsakh has issued a statement noting that, "Considering that some citizens have already consumed their food coupons, and the process of distributing new coupons has not yet started due to a number of technical issues, we inform you that during this transitional period, citizens can apply to the Committee of State Inspections located at 39 Azatamartikneri Street (in front of the Ministry of Social Development and Migration of Artsakh) to receive coupons for a number of widely consumed products, particularly for oil and sugar. Regarding the use of expired coupons, citizens can still redeem their coupons regardless of their expiry date, as long as new coupons have not been distributed."
