Video: Pedestrian Bridge Collapses in Finnish City of Espoo, 27 Injured Including Children

A tragic incident occurred in the Finnish city of Espoo, where a temporary pedestrian bridge collapsed. This was reported by the regional rescue service. The total number of injured is 27, the majority of whom are elementary school students.

According to the rescue service’s statement, "A disaster occurred in Tapiola (Espoo) – a temporary pedestrian bridge has collapsed. The total number of injured is 27."

As a result of the collapse, 15 people, mostly with limb fractures, have been transported to medical facilities. Finnish media reports that many of the injured are students from local public schools.
