Director, Managers, Keeper, and Host of "Shereph" Restaurant Detained
On May 9, the Police Patrol Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia prevented a brawl caused by hooligan motivations among a group of individuals in central Yerevan, as reported by Shamshyan.com.
At approximately 16:15, the patrol agents detained a group of individuals on suspicion of hooliganism and transferred them to the Central Police Department.
It was revealed that a dispute over a payment bill occurred among the employees and customers of the "Shereph" restaurant complex located at 1 Amiryan Street, during which public order was grossly violated, leading to mutual physical assaults and insults.
Detained and taken to the Central Police Department were: 35-year-old Stepan Galstyan, the restaurant’s director residing in Yerevan; 38-year-old Tsolok Karlyan, also a Yerevan resident; 36-year-old Simbat Alikhanyan from Vanadzor; 28-year-old Robert Panosyan, a manager at the restaurant from Ararat Province; 28-year-old Argishti Simonyan, another manager from Kotayk Province; 35-year-old Narek Abroyan, the host from Gegharkunik Province; 25-year-old Socrat Boyajyan, the keeper also employed at the restaurant from Yerevan; and 35-year-old Ofelya Alikhanyan from Yerevan, who was invited to the police.
