Azerbaijan's Armed Forces Fire upon Ambulance Transporting Wounded: Armenian Ministry of Health

The Armenian Ministry of Health reports that this morning, the armed forces of Azerbaijan opened fire on an ambulance transporting an injured serviceman.

“The Ministry of Health condemns the latest incident of targeting medical personnel and ambulances while they are fulfilling their professional duties. Such acts contravene all international humanitarian laws, including the laws of war, and must be categorically condemned,” the announcement from the Ministry of Health states.
