Accident on the Vardashen-Jrashen Road

Today, on May 11, an accident occurred in Yerevan. Around 16:00, a collision took place on the Vardashen-Jrashen road between a Higer brand passenger bus serving route 38, driven by 57-year-old Marat Karapetyan from Armavir Province, and a Kia vehicle driven by 42-year-old Vladimir Barkhudaryan from Yerevan. According to preliminary information, there are no reported injuries from the accident. A fire and rescue team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia arrived at the scene. A duty medical team of paramedics also arrived to provide first aid to the driver of the Kia; however, both drivers refused to go to the hospital.
