VIDEO: The "Immortal Regiment" March Begins in Yerevan

The "Immortal Regiment" march organized by the patriotic public organization has started in Yerevan. The participants are moving from the area adjacent to the Holy Cross Church on Komitas Avenue towards the eternal flame in Victory Park.

The march participants are carrying 100-meter-long flags of Armenia and Russia, as well as the St. George ribbon. They hold photographs of marshals, generals, and war heroes, along with balloons and flowers.

The "Immortal Regiment" is an international civic-patriotic movement established in 2012 aimed at preserving the memory of the generation that fought in the Great Patriotic War. Today, this movement encompasses over 80 countries.
