Video: Russian Ambassador Denied Wreath-Laying in Poland
In Poland, a crowd blocked the path of Russian Ambassador Sergey Andreyev at the Warsaw memorial, where he had arrived to lay a wreath in connection with the Victory Day of the Great Patriotic War. The information is reported by RIA Novosti; the gathered individuals demanded that the diplomat remove the St. George's ribbon from his jacket.
He was ultimately not allowed to lay the wreath and eventually left the site.
