Video: Peacekeepers in Artsakh Commemorate the 78th Anniversary of Victory Day
The command of the Russian peacekeeping forces has congratulated all servicemen on the occasion of Victory Day, as well as encouraged the outstanding peacekeepers with departmental awards and souvenirs.
They laid wreaths and flowers at the monument located along the peacekeepers' alley and raised a banner symbolizing victory.
