VIDEO. Pakistan's Prime Minister Arrested for Concealing Gift Information and Selling Valuable Items
Former Prime Minister and current opposition leader Imran Khan has been arrested in Pakistan, according to media reports.
He is accused of selling 52 valuable items from the Pakistani state treasury and concealing information about gifts received during his tenure as Prime Minister.
Last October, the electoral commission had stripped Khan of his parliamentary mandate. In March, amid attempts by police to arrest him, Khan had called on his supporters to take to the streets.
