Rain and Thunderstorms Expected: Weather Forecast

In the territory of the Republic of Armenia, rain and thunderstorms are expected in some regions on the evening of May 6, and periodically in significant parts of the regions from May 7 to 10. Hail is possible in isolated areas. This information is provided by the Hydrometeorological and Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The wind is from the west at a speed of 3-5 m/s, with wind intensification expected during thunderstorms at a speed of 15-20 m/s.

On May 6, the air temperature will gradually increase by 5-6 degrees, while from May 7 to 9, it will decrease by 5-8 degrees, especially during the daytime.

In Yerevan, on May 6, dry weather is expected. From May 7 to 10, brief rain and thunderstorms are anticipated, with wind intensification of 13-15 m/s during thunderstorms.

During the daytime on May 6, temperatures in the capital are expected to range from +25 to +27 degrees.
