Kyiv's Actions Are the Responsibility of Washington, London, and NATO Countries, Says Zakharova
“The Kyiv regime is responsible for all actions taken by Washington, London, and NATO countries,” wrote Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, on her Telegram channel.
