New Revelations Expected in the Ministry of Defense: Arrests Anticipated – 'Zhoghovurd'

'Zhoghovurd' newspaper reports that law enforcement agencies will uncover activities within the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia. According to information from 'Zhoghovurd', arrests are expected to follow.

These revelations are connected to cases where government officials from the Ministry of Defense provided services for a substantial fee in favor of soldiers. It is worth recalling that on April 21, the deputy commander of a military unit and three others were detained on charges of accepting, giving, and mediating bribes. Later, on April 26, the head of the Yerevan garrison hospital was also arrested.
