Former MP in Ukraine Accused of Treason

The former MP of the banned "Opposition Platform – For Life" party, Oleg Voloshin, has been accused of treason in Ukraine, according to the State Security Service.

From 2020 to 2021, he actively supported the highest military-political leadership of Russia in conducting large-scale diversionary operations against Ukraine. He also attempted to manipulate public opinion in favor of Russia and discredit Ukraine in the international arena, the statement said.
